We have included information on all members of staff to help make you feel as relaxed as possible in the knowledge that we are an experienced professional team. When you first register with us, it is necessary for you to complete a Medical History form. This is to assist us with our administration and to provide the dentists with necessary information to ensure correct dental care.

After registering with us, an appointment will be made for an examination. This provides us with a crucial foundation for your future care.

When your examination has been carried out, we can discuss treatments options available to you and book further appointments as necessary. You will then be sent an estimate with details of your treatment plan.

We ask that you make stage payments after each visit, (we have found this very popular with most patients) and we accept cash, cheques, credit or debit cards.

Once your treatment plan is complete, you may be interested in joining “Denplan”. This is a monthly payment plan , with cost depending on the condition of your mouth. For your monthly payments, all routine treatment is included (hygienist visits also). The only extra cost you are likely to incur is any laboratory fees. Your dentist will carry out an assessment to inform you of the monthly fee and reception will be able to give you further information.

You are also most welcome to remain a "Fee Per Item" patient, where you will receive the same standard of ongoing preventive and restorative care, with payments being made when treatment is received.
