Our promises to you:

  • Comprehensive examination including X-rays (if indicated) and assessment of gum condition.
  • Discussion of treatment options available to you.
  • A written estimate of costs having agreed the treatment plan.
  • Treatment utilising the best quality materials available within your personal scheme.
  • Treatment sympathetically given, with complete pain control.
  • Sufficient appointment time allocated to avoid patient delay wherever possible.

 

As a patient, you will be expected to:

  • Arrive on time for your appointment to avoid delay to others.
  • Full payment for treatment given at the end of each appointment (Private / Denplan patients).
  • Payment in advance (NHS patients).
  • Give 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointments, to avoid the need for additional charges.
  • Provide feedback on all aspects of our Practice, particularly if you feel we have not achieved the standard of care we have set.
