As the most experienced member of the Reception team, Karen oversees the working of the Reception and many other administrative areas of the Practice.

Should you have any problem or wish to make any comments or suggestions regarding the Practice, or your treatment, Karen is the first member of staff to contact. She will then refer your comments to the appropriate member of staff.

Laura is our NHS contract and IT manager. She makes sure that all our NHS administration is up to date and processed correctly. As part of her IT role, she trains all staff to use the computer systems properly.

Laura is also used as an "Information Goverance" (IG) link - this ensures the safeguard of all the personal information that you provide us with.
