• Sufficient appointment time allocated to avoid patient delay wherever possible.

What We Expect From You;

• We request that you arrive on time for your appointment to avoid delay to others.
   
• We request payment for treatment given at the end of each appointment.
   
• Whenever possible, please give 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointments, to avoid the need for additional charges.
   
• We welcome your comments on all aspects of our Practice particularly if you feel we have not achieved the standard of care we have set.
